Regular practice starting Tuesday, September 2:
We will continue to provide two practices, one at 2:30-5pm (the last 30 minutes will be dry land). The second practice will have a study hall provided in Rm 96 from 2:15-3:45 (a parent chaperon is present), then practice from 4-6pm (the first 30 minutes will be dry land). These time frames are for Monday – Friday.
There will be no PM practice on the evening of swim meets.
The week before school starts the swimmers will be informed of which time frame they will practice in.
We will be holding two practices on Saturdays, one at 8-10am, then the second from 9:30-11am.
Morning practice will be Monday and Thursday again this year. We will start AM practices on Monday, September 8th; 5:30-6:30am. We do hold AM practice on days of meets. The swimmers will be informed the week before the start of AM practice on who is expected to attend.
